RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF ONLINE PURCHASES
Due to too many items returned in unsellable condition, we no longer offer exchanges or returns. If you have any questions about size/measurements, we would be happy to help you make the right selection. In the very unlikely event that we mistakenly send a wrong or defective item, we will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for purchases
Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase or bank transfer. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s). We do not refund shipping costs. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains your order and delivery information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Edowayes may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
For orders placed Monday to Friday (9am- 4pm), we aim to process and dispatch within 24 hours.
For Pre-orders, allow 3 weeks for dispatch.
